The fiber and antioxidants present in the skin and seeds of Vitis vinifera grapes offer a great opportunity to develop healthier foods with functional health benefits.
Grape seeds and skins are packed with natural compounds that act as preservatives. They provide a natural, healthier alternative to the chemicals commonly used in the food industry.

We have developed the first “Glycemic Regulator for Diabetics” made from Vitis vinifera grape pomace flour, in collaboration with the Center for Molecular Nutrition and Chronic Diseases at the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile and the Blumos Solutec S.A. group.
Currently, we are working on the “Aquaculture Health and Nutrition” project to produce the first nutraceutical pellet and reduce the use of antibiotics in the industry.

Our mission is to contribute to public health by producing flours and ingredients rich in fiber and antioxidants, free from gluten and GMOs. For the food industry and mass consumer products.
Insoluble fiber and antioxidants promote metabolic health, reducing metabolic syndrome and preventing the development of chronic diseases such as diabetes, high blood pressure, and coronary diseases.
Our mission also includes environmental care by reutilizing by-products and implementing sustainable food systems without using agricultural land or water.
